Those of you who follow me on social media will no doubt have seen that I’m working with Cambridge TV as a producer and presenter on a new motoring show. It’s an opportunity I’m really excited about and I’ve been working hard to plan out lots of exciting episodes.

Wednesday was the first filming session where we headed to WildTracks near Newmarket and I got some instruction on how to drive off road. I set out in a Land Rover Discovery and learned all the basics. You can see from my grin in the video below that I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I also tested the all new Kia Sorento off road too. It’s a great car that’s super practical with tons of boot space and seven seats – very useful when you have a camera crew and all their gear to move around! You get a sneak peak as to how the car coped off road but you’ll have to wait for the full show to hear my final verdict!

The full show will be going out around August 18th when Cambridge TV officially launches. If you live within a 50 mile radius of Cambridge you’ll find the channel on Freeview channel 8, for everyone else it’s on Freesat, Virgin Media and online. I’ll also be posting the full length shows here and on Turn Eight once they air.
