One of my real loves in life is cars and I take any opportunity I can to write about them. From road trips to detailed car reviews. One thing about reviewing cars and trips is that they take a lot of time and effort but the pay off is the fun places you get to visit in the process. I’ve been to all sorts of car shows, have driven to Sweden and have watched motor race after motor race. It’s one of the joys of being a journalist in that I get to do some very exciting things in the name of my craft.
Two days in Wales with the Vauxhall Adam Rocks
I spent two gorgeous days in Wales with Vauxhall driving around the new Adam Rocks. The whole reason for the trip was to get to grips with the lovely little cars but on top of the driving, I also threw myself down the longest zipwire in the northern hemisphere. That’s quite something for me as I’m scared of heights! You can read all about the tip on Love Adventure and you can read a full review of the car over on Turn Eight.
A cat trip to Sweden
I’m not going to lie. This was one of the strangest road trips I’ve even been on but it was rewarding for all sorts of reasons. Last year my partner and I drove two lovely cats to their owner in Sweden. We took my Fiat Punto 900 miles in one day to make sure these kitties could join their owner in his new life in Sweden. This was a proper adventure with the added excitement of two beautiful cats to worry about as we went. Thinking of travelling with cats? Read my advice here.
